In modern Italy, each olive wood tree is tagged and can live up to 750 years, meaning that olive tree farms are often passed through many family generations. As a result, olive wood is scarce and not easily produced in quantity. This olive wood comes from the Southern region of Italy, close to the coast, and features dazzling grain texture and orange and red coloring.
